The newspaper reported that on November 5, the company “Lumos Plus” LLC, owned by Yongpeng, became the sole shareholder of “Solar Craft Center” LLC. Three days before that, on November 2, the director of “Sunny craft” changed. He became Fedir Gorban.
The same person, according to the Clarity Project, manages the same Lumos Plus. This company was registered in September of this year, the authorized capital is UAH 1,000. The main type of activity is consulting on issues of commercial activity and management. There are kweds for the extraction of mineral raw materials and minerals, but there is no special permit.
According to Nadra.Info sources, the closing of the deal and updating of data on the final beneficial owner is expected in the coming days.
“Sonyachne remeslo” LLC, founded in 2007, extracts amber from the “Volodymyrets Skhidny” deposit in the Rivne region. According to the State Geological Survey, in 2023 the LLC extracted 11,623.04 kg of amber. This is the largest indicator among private companies. For comparison, eight companies together extracted about 13 tons of mineral last year.
As of the evening of November 5, the ultimate beneficiaries of the Center are Ihor Mazepa and Yuriy Blagodyr. Since last year, they have been controlling another amber mining company with an almost identical name – “Sonyachne Remeslo” LLC (formerly “Sankamyan” LLC). The third member of this society is Chinese citizen Wang Zhikai.
The company will mine amber at the Tomashgorod deposit, which is also located in the Rivne region.
